Joche Westmoreland
Joche W. is the driving force, hands-on owner, and creative director of Joche W. Events and The Design Haus. Joche’s 20+ years of experience in floral design, interior and graphic design, and hospitality, catering, and venue management, have led him and his team to the production of thousands of successful events and weddings. His work is a combination of his love of breathtaking floral, attention to detail, and dedication to creating unique and memorable moments for all types of parties. He approaches each concept with not only the goal of producing a living work of art, but also to make everyone feel special and celebrated.

Tina Hernandez
Tina began her career with Joche W. Events in 2016 in the floral department but her passion for working directly with clients led her into full-service event planning and coordination. With Joche as her mentor in event design, she now leads the creative team in bringing each client’s vision to life. She maintains the kind of close working relationship with each client that builds instant trust and rapport. Her determination for perfection is matched by her compassion for working closely with each client to build trust and rapport and to exceed their expectations.
SENIOR EVENT PRODUCER
David Duran
David came to Joche W. Events with 10 years of corporate training and development experience in 2018 which has made him the go-to guy and the ‘life of the party’ for the floral, inventory, and creative design departments. Always ten steps ahead, David ensures that each event is given extra special attention and that all possible opportunities for error are eliminated months before they are executed. If you see the one smiling bigger and laughing harder than anyone at the event, that was David!
PRODUCTION MANAGER
Cindy Carrasco
Initially joining Joche W. Events in 2020, Cindy had a passion for the production and inventory elements of the company. At present she is instrumental in working alongside Joche to establish strategic direction and event development and she takes an active role in managing the relationships between the company and its clients, employees, and the community. Cindy has developed ‘Joche’s eyes’ and coaches the floral and production team to ensure that every product that leaves our studio is Joche W. perfect.
